About the Role
Sandvik is seeking a qualified, safety-conscious Utility Driver to join the team in Mwanza. The incumbent will deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transport services for employees, visitors, materials, and company assets while maintaining compliance with rigorous SHEQ standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Transport Operations: Transport authorized passengers and deliver company documents, materials, and equipment safely.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections, keep assigned vehicles clean and roadworthy, and maintain accurate logbooks and fuel records.

Compliance & Culture: Strictly follow road safety laws and champion Sandvik’s Zero Harm safety initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:

Form IV Secondary School Education Certificate.

Valid Tanzanian Driving License ( appropriate categories including C, C1, 2, 3 & E).

At least 3 years of driving experience within an industrial, corporate, or mining setting.

Clean driving record with zero serious traffic violations.

Defensive driving and First Aid certifications are strongly preferred.
