In this role, you will support departmental leadership in managing daily laundry operations, ensuring immaculate linen standards, garment care, chemical safety, and efficient valet service while helping to inspire a multicultural team and uphold world-class resort presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Support Laundry Operations: Assist in overseeing daily washing, drying, ironing, uniform maintenance, and guest valet services to deliver top-tier textile quality.

Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold rigorous sanitation standards, proper fabric care, machinery safety, and full compliance with health and chemical safety protocols.

Team Leadership & Supervision: Guide, train, and motivate the laundry staff to maintain high productivity and morale in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Maintenance to ensure seamless linen turnarounds.

Inventory & Cost Control: Help manage departmental budgets, chemical dosing, water/energy conservation, and linen inventory tracking to optimize costs.

Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure meticulous care for guest valet requests and resort textiles to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in laundry operations, with proven expertise as an Assistant Laundry Manager, Laundry Supervisor, or senior leader in a 5-star or luxury all-inclusive resort.

Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of commercial laundry machinery, wash formulas, chemical safety, fabric management, and stain removal.
