Role Overview

Cloud9 Park and Lounge is seeking an experienced and operational Manager to oversee its business operations in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, team leadership, and smooth management of both the bar lounge and the kids’ playground facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Management: Oversee and supervise daily operations across the bar lounge and kids’ playground areas to ensure smooth business execution.

• Team Supervision: Lead, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Operational Control: Monitor inventory, maintain facility safety and cleanliness, and manage operational workflows.

• Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming environment for both adults and families, addressing customer inquiries and feedback effectively.

• Financial & Sales Oversight: Track daily revenue, manage operational costs, and drive initiatives to grow business turnover.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in managing a bar/lounge business combined with oversight of a kids’ playground or family entertainment centre.

• Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
