The Arusha Regional Cooperative Association (ACU LTD) hereby announces a Tender for the provision of warehouse management and a Tender for the transportation of produce on a warehouse receipt system for the 2026/2027 season in Kiteto District, Manyara Region and Arusha Region in Monduli District, Arusha DC, Meru DC and Arusha City.

With the approval of the Board of the ACU, the Chairman of the Board hereby announces a National Competitive Tender for the following Tenders:

 A bidder is allowed to apply for more than one TENDER if he/she meets the eligibility criteria for each Tender.

This Tender process will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering in accordance with the Procurement and Supply Guidelines for Cooperative Societies in Mainland Tanzania and the Public Procurement Laws and Regulations and is an open Tender to all bidders with the required qualifications.

Tender Books are available after paying the Tender fee at a cost of Tanzanian shillings TZS. 1,000,000 /= for the Warehouse Tender and also for the Transport Tender at a cost of Tanzanian shillings TZS 1,000,000 /= The funds should be paid into the account of the Arusha Regional Cooperatives Association of CRDB Bank, name ACU LTD, No. 01J1033406903. The books are available at the offices of ACU Ltd located in Arusha, ACU Plot No. 31 &32 Sokoine Road Room No. 103.

Applicants should submit their Bids in duplicate (one original and one copy) in a sealed envelope, indicating the Bid number and the requirements for the Bid requested on the top of the envelope.

7The deadline for submitting bids is 14 days from the date of publication of the advertisement, from 10 June, 2026 to 24 June, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The bids will be opened on the same day.

All bids should be delivered in person to the office of ACU Ltd located at Plot No. 31 & 32 Sokoine Road, Room No. 103, Arusha Urban, by the stipulated time. No documents will be accepted electronically or by email.

Late bids will not be considered for evaluation regardless of the reasons for their delay.

The envelopes should be marked with the bid number and not the name of the party or the name of the bidder.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT

1. Interested applicants are invited to the office of ARUSHA CO-OPERATIVE UNION LTD
2. The applicant must have a bank account that will enable payment by cheque.
3. Company/group registration certificate.
4. Certificate of registration from various Government registration authorities.
5. Valid business license.
6. Tax Clearance.
7. List of recently executed contracts including names and addresses of buyers
for verification (relevant work experience).
8. Tender bond declaration.
9. Legally certified affidavit.
10. Integrity form contained in the Tender Book.
11. Other relevant documents that will be required for the Tender.
12. Permit from the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to work in Cooperative Societies.
