Tender Advertisement -Mid Media Activities to Support Community TB services at SHDEPHA+ Kahama

BACKGROUND,

SHDEPHA+ is an acronym for Service, Health, and Development for People living with HIV/AIDS. It is a national non-governmental organization, registered on 21 November 1994 with registration number SO 8216. SHDEPHA+ originated from the initiatives of fifteen people living with HIV/AIDS whose goal was to create a network and to mobilize resources to help people living with HIV/AIDS and to fight the spread of the disease. Although originally focusing on people living with HIV/AIDS, over the years SHDEPHA+ has expanded beyond HIV/AIDS and related issues to other development interventions and now covers both infected and affected by HIV/AIDS with over 65 branches countrywide. Each branch of SHDEPHA+ works independently, developing, managing and implementing its own projects; though all branches share one constitution and registration.

Please submit the following documents:

1. Detailed Budgets Per region. Budget should include all the activities breakdown and description including;
∙ Branding of the Vehicle and teams shall fall under vendors’ cost.
∙ Photographers and documentation costs including reporting falls under vendor (High quality resolution photos and video clips) will be required as part of the reporting.
2. Please share 3 references for similar assignments conducted in past three years (2020-2022)
3. Show the clear methodology and execution plan
4. Show the proof of the Vehicles to be used for the assignment.
5. Include tax return certificate signed by TRA regional office for year 2021

Kindly note that the award process may consider one or more vendors depending on the contents of the proposal submitted.
