We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking vibrant, professional, and customer-focused Waiters & Waitressess to join our team, deliver top-tier table service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on food, specialty coffees, and beverage pairings.
- Take orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following fine dining and international service etiquette.
- Maintain clean, organized dining tables, clear used tableware promptly, and ensure section readiness at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, address special dietary requests, and resolve minor service concerns with professionalism and care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven front-of-house experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a high-standard restaurant, hotel, or premium cafe environment.
- Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong multi-tasking abilities, active memory for orders, and speed of service under peak hours.
- Standards: Flawless personal hygiene, professional grooming, a friendly demeanor, and a solid understanding of international hospitality standards.
