Job Overview

SBC Tanzania Limited (PEPSI Tanzania), a leading beverage company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of PepsiCo brands across Tanzania, is seeking 5 dynamic and results-driven Customer Representatives Cum Drivers (CR Cum Drivers) to join its team at the Mbeya Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company distribution vehicles, meeting monthly sales targets, servicing client accounts, expanding product availability, and maintaining zero cash or stock discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Driving & Maintenance: Safely operate assigned company distribution vehicles, ensure proper routine upkeep, and report any vehicle damages or defects immediately.

• Sales Target Achievement: Deliver monthly sales volume targets within assigned coverage routes and actively recruit new customer accounts to expand territory sales.

• Account Servicing & Merchandising: Visit client accounts regularly, enhance product distribution and on-shelf availability, and effectively utilize promotional and point-of-sale materials.

• Stock & Cash Accountability: Maintain zero shortages in cash collections, full product stock, or empty bottle returns while submitting accurate daily sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Licensing: Holder of a valid Class C or Class E driving license issued by a recognized authority.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in route sales, distribution driving, or commercial beverage sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Safe and proper operation of company vehicles.

• Achievement of monthly sales volume targets.

• Prompt and accurate reporting of vehicle damages.

• Zero cash, full product, or empty bottle shortages.

• Precision and accuracy in daily sales reporting.

• Consistent growth in new customer accounts opened.
