• Excellent verbal communication skills./Lugha nzuri kwa wateja
• Honesty and accountability./Mwaminifu na kujituma
• Self confidence and good personal skills/Mwenye kuniamini na nadhifu
• Ability to work under pressure./Mchapa kazi kwa weledi
