Role Overview

Cloud9 Company Limited is inviting applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of Sales Person at its head office. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers, promoting company products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets while keeping the sales floor well organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Warmly welcome, assist, and attend to customers in a professional manner.

• Product Promotion & Sales: Actively promote and sell the company’s products and services to achieve target sales metrics.

• Relationship Management: Follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting customer relationships.

• Reporting & Administration: Prepare accurate daily sales reports and monitor sales performance.

• Floor Maintenance: Ensure the sales area remains clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.

• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are considered an added advantage.

• Work Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer support is an added advantage.
