Responsibilities
- Mapping the Market to identify potential customer
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Highly motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
