Responsibilities

• Mapping the Market to identify potential customer
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  Highly motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
