Job Summary

P17 Security Company Limited is recruiting a results-driven Sales Consultant based in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, presenting security solutions, and growing the company’s client portfolio across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue prospective business opportunities for security guards, electronic security systems, and physical security services.
Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, site assessments, and pitch tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present formal sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Market Research & Targets: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consistently achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or solution selling (experience within the security industry is an added advantage).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
