Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania 

Job Summary 

The Sales and Marketing Officer drives insurance sales by promoting products, advising clients, and building strong relationships. The role ensures accurate records, fair claim handling, and teamwork to achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase new customer acquisition.
• Promote and sell insurance products to prospective clients.
• Advise clients on the most suitable insurance products based on their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Review insurance claims to ensure fairness and proper handling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
• Work closely with the team to achieve company sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Insurance and Social Protection, or a related field.
• At least 2 – 3  years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Adaptability and time management abilities.
• Confidence, negotiation skills, and ambition to achieve targets.
