About the Role

Tanzania Glory is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue for our core product lines, including Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Silicone Sealants. Operating out of our 100-acre industrial park in Kigamboni, you will engage real estate developers, contractors, façade engineering firms, and distributors to expand our commercial footprint across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across general contractors, developers, and building material distributors.

• Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee client accounts from lead generation and solution pitching to order fulfillment and invoice collection.

• Market Insights: Track market trends, compile competitor analysis, and deliver structured sales performance reports to management.

• Account Management: Build lasting relationships with existing key accounts to ensure post-sale satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.

• Fluency in English and Swahili (spoken and written). Basic Chinese capability is advantageous.

• Valid driver’s license or personal vehicle availability is preferred.
