Position: Sales and Marketing Executive – Car Rental Services

Role Summary

We are seeking proactive Sales and Marketing Executive with 3 years or more of proven experience in sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth for our rental business, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and build strong relationship with corporate and leisure clients. Tourism industry experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and convert prospect into long-term customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Manage corporate accounts and negotiate contracts and rates.
  • Coordinate promotions and partnership with hotels, travel agents, and tour operators.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing, Hospitality management and other related field. Masters will addition advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in car rental, transport, or related services.
  • Tourism or travel industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (social media email campaigns, basic analytics and digital marketing) Copy write skill additional advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and professional presentation.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
