On behalf of our esteemed client, we are in need of a Quality Control officer experienced and highly
analytical quality inspector to join our production department.

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Industry
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Cement / Dry mix / Construction
Chemicals/ Ready mix Industries or similar field
EDUCATION: Chemical Degree or similar
LOCATION: Dar Es Salaam
BUDGET: 1,200,000 Gross pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform RM, in Process & Finish Product Testing
  • Quality Control Testing, Preparation & Maintain on daily basis
  • Support & developing experimental trials and SOP’s as per manufacturing & Quality Practices.
  • Contribute to R & D Qualification and validation activities and support routine maintenance lab equipment and work place.
  • Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per Manufacturing
  • Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
  • Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier
    performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Background in Cement / Dry mix / Construction Chemicals/ Ready mix Industries
  • Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
  • Thorough knowledge of Quality Control standards and testing methodologies
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
