We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to manage daily dining needs for a private residence in Dar es Salaam. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about culinary excellence and maintains the highest standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation: Prepare high-quality Chinese meals daily, including home-style dishes, stir-fries, soups, and congee.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, including cleaning and organizing kitchenware.
• Ingredient Care: Handle the washing, prep-work, and proper storage of ingredients to ensure maximum freshness and food safety.

Candidate Requirements:

• Skills: Proven skill or a strong willingness to learn authentic Chinese cooking.
• Experience: Prior professional cooking experience is highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to follow simple instructions in Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: Hard-working, detail-oriented, and committed to hygiene. Candidates must be in good health with no history of substance use.

Terms & Benefits:

Location: Dar es Salaam.

Schedule: Full-time (Three meals a day); 4 days off per month.
