Programme Overview
The HR Trainee Programme is a structured development programme designed to guide trainees through a structured learning pathway. The programme aims to:
Introduce trainees to the Sugar Industry and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL).
Provide trainees with the technical, leadership, and business exposure required in the Human Resources field.
Programme Objectives

Minimum Requirements
