We invite you to join the internship program at the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT).
The IoDT
Is the national director training institute and a lading focus group for corporate loaders in Tanzania.
We complement efforts to develop enterprising and ethical leaders through propagating, promoting and enhancing corporate governance as a practice and also an ideal. We empower directors with an influential and common platform and voice.
About the Internship Initiative
lt is your opportunity ta gain experience, improve your CV plus employment chances by working in one of our functional areas and learn from our work.
Through specific tasks and responsibilities, you will take on challenges and develop competencies. We expect you to be professional, responsible, flexible and to take part in various activities at the loDT.

Requirements
- At least a first-degree from a recognized Institutions / Universities.
- Age between 23 -35 years
- Good fit with us if you are naturally committed, diligent, positive, open-minded, reflective and willing to learn.
At any one time we expect to host between two to three interns.
Time Commitment:
3 months per cycle and up to 3 cycles per year as mutually agreed and a per continuous assessment of the intern work, commitment and acceptable behaviors.
Conditions:
Internships ate on a voluntary basis. You will receive a small monthly stipend to cover some related personal expenses. You are wholly responsible for all costs related to health, accommodation and similar support. Shared office space will be provided, The IoDT assumes no liability for any accident, ill health or other misfortune that may occur.

You will also describe what you hope to achieve during your internship end specify your main skills and interests and relate them to your desired thematic areas of our work: Marketing & Sales; Account, HR & Administration; Social media skills would an added advantage, Also specify the requested internship period / dates.
