Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 8-12 years of HR experience
• 5-8 years in manufacturing/plant HR
• Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
• Strong HR operations, compliance & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills mandatory
