POSITION: Graduate Trainee Hsse
Taifa Gas
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Environmental/Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Proven 1 to 2 years’ experience in HSSEQ management preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Reasonable knowledge and experience in risk and crisis management frameworks as well as incident/accident investigation and reporting.
- Exposure or knowledge of codes and standards for Oil and Gas operations, especially Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
- Possession of NOSHC 1 and NOSHC 2 certifications, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent qualifications supporting HSE management.
- Experience and knowledge of ISO standards 14001 and 18001.
- Must possess multi-skills background such as operations, sales, and technical, with demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas.
- Certification in any of the HSSEQ standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) is an added advantage.
