Position: Customer Service Agent – Reservation

Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and on.line platforms.
- Confirm bookings and issue reservation confirmations.
- Manage changes and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations.
- Provide information about our services and answer customer queries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- No criminal convictions and medically fit for position
- Warm outgoing personality.
- Proven two years experience as a Reservation Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
