Catholic University College of Mbeya (CUCoM), A Constituent College of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) is a private higher learning institution, which is owned by the Catholic Bishops of Tanzania (Tanzania Episcopal Conference-TEC). Its main campus is located in Mwanza, a port city on the shores of Lake Victoria, in Northern Tanzania. Following its philosophy to reach and render educational services to marginalized societies at places where such people are found, it extended its Colleges and Centres in different parts of Tanzania, Mbeya Region being among them. CUCoM is located in Mbeya Region with two extensions. Extension “A” of the University College is located at the Mwanjelwa-Forest area, Plot Number 1737, Block “M”, while extension “B” is located at Nzovwe-New Forest Area, Plot Number 143, Block “R”, both in Mbeya City. The College has two faculties to date, namely, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS). CUCoM invites all aspirants of higher education regardless of their religious affiliations, race, ethnicity, gender, disability, or caste. To become a University that fosters holistic development of a person and respect for human dignity.
