About the Role

Yola Company Limited is seeking a creative, ambitious, and highly presentable Sales Agent to drive growth for our premium scent solutions and luxury home fragrance brand in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will build strong client networks, demonstrate deep fragrance expertise, represent the brand at high-profile events, and meet monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively source new leads, pitch luxury fragrance products, and close sales to meet monthly targets and support brand profitability.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting connections with a diverse, high-end clientele.

• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at product launches, corporate meetings, and exclusive industry events.

• Product Expertise: Articulate product notes, scent inspirations, and customized scenting solutions to clients effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (luxury goods or retail experience is an asset).

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a polished professional appearance.

• Must currently reside in Dar es Salaam.
