Job Description

Altezza Travel wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the job vacancies positions currently available in the company as follows;

Position Title: Waiter/waitress

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and making them feel comfortable;
• Learning menu items and being able to describe them appropriately to guests;
• Taking beverages and food orders; Delivering beverages and food in a timely manner;
• Checking in with guests to ensure that everything is going well;
• Clearing dirty dishes from the table; Refilling beverages throughout the meal; Delivering guest’s bills and thanking them for dining at the restaurant;
• Harmonizing activities with other waiters and other staff;

Qualification

A. Neat personal appearance

B. A high level of personal hygiene

C. Good communication skills

D. Good memory

E. Polite and patient

F. Friendly and efficient

G. Enjoy working with people

H. Able to work as part of a team

I. Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
