TARGET BRANDS LIMITED is a leading company engaged in the importation and distribution of consumer goods, committed to operational excellence and market leadership. We are currently inviting applications from highly motivated individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

Position: Branch Manager (3 Posts) – Global Supply Chain & Distribution

Role Summary

The Senior Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of multi-jurisdictional importation, logistics optimization, regulatory compliance, and high-volume distribution of consumer goods.

The role requires advanced integration of international supply chain systems, financial controls, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-border procurement and supplier coordination across multiple jurisdictions (Asia, Middle East, and Africa).
  • Oversee international shipping frameworks including INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, DDP) and freight negotiations.
  • Implement and manage ERP-integrated logistics systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or equivalent).
  • Oversee container tracking systems, warehouse automation, and last-mile distribution optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs valuation rules, and tax frameworks.
  • Liaise with authorities such as customs, standards bodies, and revenue agencies.
  • Manage branch-level P&L with focus on cost optimization, pricing strategies, and margin protection.
  • Oversee large-scale inventory financing and cash flow forecasting linked to international trade cycles.
  • Develop internal controls to prevent counterfeit infiltration within the supply chain.
  • Implement brand protection and product authentication systems.
  • Lead regional distribution expansion strategies and partnerships.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Qualification Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or MBA (Global Operations focus preferred).

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 05–10 years of experience in: Multinational import/export operations, High-volume FMCG distribution networks, Cross-border logistics management
  • Proven experience managing operations across at least 2–3 international markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), Customs compliance and trade finance, Transfer pricing implications in supply chains
  • Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, Artificial Intelligence Integration, and operational management within high-volume distribution environments preferred.
  • Prior experience working with multinational corporations or global distribution networks.

Skills/Knowledge Requirements

  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Strong negotiation experience with international suppliers and logistics providers
  • Ability to manage large, multi-functional teams across regions
  • Deep understanding of global trade regulations and compliance frameworks
