Key Responsibilities:

Carry out sales route calls based on Permanent Journey Plan
Plan sell out target by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for each customer in keeping with overall tertiary sales target with the guidance of the IQ recommendation.
Review targets at the end of each planned journey against actual achieved.
Review and advise on product availability.
Achieve all tertiary sales targets for all assigned SKU’s through direct sales
Ensure that the TTS – Trading Terms (e.g. retail discs) are being utilized within the location.
Achieve numeric distribution.
Ensure in-store implementation of merchandising and availability standards and cycle priorities.
Ensure proper stock rotation with customers e.g. move stocks from slow to fast moving shops to prevent expiry or damage.
Ensure proper storage of products.
Replace damaged product as per the trade returns policy.
Ensure all customers in the territory are visited on a specified date.
Regularly update customers on the latest prices and Trade insights
Develop and maintain good trade relations & cooperation throughout the territory.
Maintain all sales administration records in an up-to-date, accurate and neat manner.
Submit specified reports on time – done through the mobility.
Reconciliation of daily sales and company float.

Requirements

6 months or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a sales representative
Basic Certificate in sales & marketing or relevant field
Selling Skills
Customer Service Skills
Time Management skills
Planning & Organizing skills
Communication Skills (verbal & written)
