SHOP MANAGER
We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional products and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking an organized, target-driven, and highly professional Shop Manager to oversee retail and cafe floor operations, maintain world-class quality standards, and ensure a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day retail and cafe store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high visual presentation standards.

Lead, train, and supervise shop floor staff to deliver fast, attentive, and professional customer service.

Manage product inventory, monitor stock levels, coordinate reordering, and minimize shrinkage or waste.

Handle daily sales tracking, cash management, and financial reporting.

Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to build positive guest relations and brand loyalty.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Shop Manager, Retail Manager, or Cafe Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Skills: Strong inventory control, staff supervision, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Standards: Solid understanding of international retail/hospitality operational standards and customer care.
