About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plumber to join our construction company at the Head Office. The successful candidate will oversee plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. This is a leadership role requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior plumbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing works on construction sites and at the Head Office.
• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare reports on plumbing activities, materials used, and project progress.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing or related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in plumbing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
