Role Overview

Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking 5 attentive Pivot Operators on behalf of a client in the agricultural sector. In this role, you will operate center-pivot machines, perform first-line routine maintenance, and ensure precise irrigation application across crops according to approved watering schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Pivot Operations: Start, stop, and monitor center pivots, managing speed settings, end-gun operations, and ensuring wheel-track safety.

• Routine Equipment Checks: Perform daily inspections on tires, gearboxes, machine alignment, sprinklers, nozzles, and control panel indicators; report any faults promptly.

• Shift Logging: Record machine operating hours, applied water depth, fuel/energy consumption, and any shift downtime or stoppages.

• First-Line Maintenance: Clear minor nozzle clogs, replace damaged sprinkler components, carry out routine greasing, and assist field technicians with major repairs.

• Field Condition Monitoring: Observe field conditions for water runoff, ponding, or dry streaks, reporting issues immediately to the Irrigation Engineer.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Secondary education with a technical or mechanical aptitude. (A Trade Certificate is an added advantage).

• Experience: 2 or more years of experience operating center pivots, farm machinery, or industrial pumps. (On-job training for specific pivot models will be provided).

• Core Attributes: Willingness to work flexible shift hours (including night shifts) in remote field environments, alongside strong mechanical alertness and discipline.
