The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the “voice” of Green Bird School. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that showcase our unique values to prospective parents and students. Your goal is to drive school awareness, manage our digital presence, and ensure our enrollment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms (social media, website, print materials, and events).

Enrollment Campaigns: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new families and increase student registrations.

Content Creation: Manage the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging posts, videos, and stories that highlight daily school life.

Community Engagement: Organize and oversee school events, open houses, and tours to build relationships with prospective parents.

Market Research: Keep an eye on educational trends and local competitors to ensure Green Bird School remains a top choice in the community.

Digital Management: Oversee the school website updates and manage basic digital advertising

Public Relations: Draft newsletters, press releases, and internal communications to keep current parents informed and engaged.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or social media management (experience in the education sector is a plus!).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you should be comfortable speaking to large groups and writing professional copy.

Creativity: A keen eye for design and photography/videography (familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is highly valued).
