Job Responsibilities:

• Outstanding graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees or above in 2022 and 2023.
• IT、Majors in finance, mathematics, electronic engineering, Chinese, and related fields.
• Proficiency in using English and proficiency in Chinese are bonus points.
• Passionate about the fintech industry, possessing the confidence and intelligence to enter the fintech industry.
• Priority will be given to those who have won school level or above scholarships, published papers in renowned journals, or participated in key internship projects on campus.
• Candidates with experience in school management, such as student union officials and class leaders, are preferred.

Job requirements:

• Senior executives serve as mentors, with one-on-one standard configuration.
• Tailor a personal growth plan and create a personal IP.
• Regular training and learning to fully develop individual management skills, team management skills, and professional abilities;
• Open job rotation, combined with personal preferences and training objectives.
• Participate in company-level project tasks, report and defend phased achievements.
