About the Role:

The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to lead the maintenance function of a modern poultry feed mill, ensuring high equipment reliability, minimal downtime, effective preventive and corrective maintenance, and safe execution of engineering work across a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across shifts.
• Lead maintenance of pellet presses, mixers, conveyors, elevators, boilers, compressors, packing lines and other process equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance, lubrication and condition-monitoring programmes.
• Manage breakdown response, critical equipment coverage, spares and maintenance performance.
• Enforce HSE, lock-out/tag-out, permit-to-work and maintenance SOP requirements.
• Lead and develop engineering staff, manage rosters and training, and report on downtime, maintenance activity and costs.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial or continuous-process environments.
• At least 2 years’ experience supervising a maintenance team in a shift-based or 24/7 production environment.
• Feed mill/process-equipment experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spares management and
• CMMS/maintenance-system experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, English communication and maintenance KPI knowledge.
