Who We Are
Fortune House Network Limited is a digital gaming and mobile app company best known for operating real-money play-to-earn gaming platforms such as Waje Game
We are building a strong local team to support market research, operational setup, product localisation and the launch of our online casino and betting business, subject to applicable licensing and regulatory approvals.
Why We Need You
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to help establish and manage our Tanzania operations.
You will be responsible for operational readiness, online product performance, payments, player experience and coordination with Customer Service, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Product and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate has direct operator-side experience with a licensed betting, online casino or iGaming company in Tanzania or East Africa.
What You’ll Do
- Support the operational setup and launch of the company’s Tanzania business.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of online casino, betting and related digital gaming products within the company’s licensed scope.
- Develop local operating procedures, reporting structures, escalation processes and internal controls.
- Monitor platform performance, player journeys, deposits, withdrawals and operational incidents.
- Coordinate with mobile-money providers, banks and payment-service providers to maintain reliable payment and reconciliation processes.
- Work with Product and Technology teams on localisation, user testing and improvements to registration, verification, deposit, gameplay and withdrawal journeys.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve player complaints and recurring product or payment issues.
- Work with Compliance to implement KYC, AML, responsible gaming and player-protection requirements.
- Monitor suspicious activity, bonus abuse, payment fraud and other operational risks, escalating cases when necessary.
- Analyse competitors, local player behaviour, promotions, products and payment methods.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for local and headquarters management.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of the local operations team.
- Build effective working relationships with regulators, payment partners, technology providers and other local stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Finance, Technology or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant operations experience.
- Direct experience with a licensed betting, online casino or iGaming operator in Tanzania or East Africa is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing online products
