For one of our award-winning Safari Lodges, we are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager for an intimate safari Lodge. This role combines high-end hospitality leadership with authentic safari experiences.

Chem Chem Safari is located in a private wildlife concession between Tarangire and Lake Manyara national parks. We offer a stimulating and beautiful work environment with room for individual growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lodge operations management
• Guest experience and personal hosting
• Staff development
• Commercial oversight

Required Qualifications:

• Proven East African luxury safari lodge management experience
• Exceptional guest relations skills
• Fluent English
