About the Job
We are looking for a strategic IT professional to lead, develop, and oversee the organization’s technology functions and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance to senior management on emerging technology trends and innovations.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Ensure smooth implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and adoption of new technologies.
Information Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain robust information security systems, controls, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
Vendor & Project Management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.
- Lead IT-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Operational Support
- Ensure timely and effective IT support across all departments to maintain optimal productivity.
- Support organizational change management initiatives involving new systems or technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in an IT leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in budgeting, project management, and IT strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
