INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
POSITION: IT HELP DESK INTERN – 1 POST
JUMLA AFRICA is a leading agriculture distributor in Tanzania, with 24 warehouses and over 250 stockists nationwide. We provide quality, authentic, and fairly priced products, ensuring farmers have reliable access to the inputs they need.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide user system support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain network systems to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Train users on systems and applications, including best practices for efficient usage.
- Provide technical support to users of web portals and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve raised tickets on the support portal.
- Report bugs and participate in testing new application updates.
- Ensure smooth operation of all IT infrastructure, including CCTV and network equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer science, computer engineering, or any other related field
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
