Context & Environment

First Card that uses an automatic polling system in Tanzania
Have to rely on phones companies performance for pollings (Vodacom and Airtel)

Activities

  • HSEQ: Respect of the Golden rules and all the HSE rules and standards of TOTAL by all the staff, contractors, customers…
  • Re-load all prepaid Cards whenever client’s needs for fuel arises immediately
  • Fuel Card Customization for existing and new client
  • Amend client’s card (i.e refresh ceiling, change registration etc)
  • Filing is properly done (Making sure all prepaid orders have been attached with a receipt from the cashier or account statement which indicate payment
  • Seal the new customized cards in an envelope separate from its PIN code.
  • Allocating package charges on all customers and Validating Extranet request from the customers.
  • Ensuring Ad-hoc charges requested by customers are charged accordingly.
  • Reconciliation of client accounts.
  • Handling of the priority control 1 (PC1) Polling, daily
  • Archive weekly meeting minutes in the shared file.

Candidate Profile

  • Integrity
  • University degree in business or marketing/Adminstration
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office package
  • Communication skills essential
  • Customer service skills
  • Business contacts
