Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Flamingo Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners to promote Flamingo Care’s services.
- Campaign Management: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns (both online and offline).
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Digital Presence: Manage company social media pages and respond to inquiries from prospective clients.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help improve our service offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for management to track progress against targets.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in the healthcare or service industry is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook) and basic computer applications.
- Personal Traits: A proactive “go-getter” attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a professional appearance.
