Job Title: Farm Supervisor
Location: Morogoro & Iringa – Tanzania
Job Type: Contract
Reports to: Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining boundary markers for different farms.
- Conducting regular patrols or inspections of farm perimeters by regular site visits or Using surveillance systems (CCTV, drones, or guard posts) where appropriate.
- Coordinating with local authorities or security services to prevent trespassing, theft, or encroachment.
- Preparing reports for government agencies or cooperatives when needed and correspondences like letters, memos, emails etc.
- Handling disputes over boundaries or encroachments.
- Ensuring boundaries are legally surveyed and marked.
- Filing complaints or legal actions against trespassers or encroachers to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance matters at the farm.
- Liaise with government officers on regular inspections.
- Supervise warehouse constructions and repairs if any.
- Provide regular reports of all farm activities to the directors and advise management on technical issues when necessary.
- Follow up on Farm title deeds with relevant authorities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1 or 2 years of experience of working in a busy industry.
- Strong interest of working in agriculture activities.
- Must be able to drive a motorbike.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
