This entry-level role is tailored for fresh graduates to manage customer communications, track order fulfillment, and coordinate seamlessly across production, warehouse, logistics, and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up on customer orders and monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate and coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and sales departments to track and update order status.

Liaise directly with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and related inquiries.

Proactively identify potential order delays or delivery bottlenecks and report them promptly to the supervisor.

Handle additional administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications

Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Active, patient, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously under pressure.

Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software.
