Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Graduate in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
2 to 3 years’ experience in CCR operation of a cement plant.

Roles and Responsibilities

Operate plant equipment (VRM, Ball Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mill) from CCR to meet targets.
Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and compliance with protocols/ISO standards.
Train and guide CCR operators to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain steady operations.
Ensure product quality, support shutdowns/breakdowns, and handle tasks from management.
