POSITION: Branch Administrator

TAST AGRIBUSINESS INNOVATION CO. LTD is a dominant player in Agricultural supply chain for Agricultural equipment’s, training and services with a network of 3 branches across Tanzania dealing with importation of Europe standard agricultural equipment’s and irrigation equipment’s from Turkey and Vietnam.

Job overview:

TAST AGRIBUSINESS INNOVATION CO. LTD is looking for a self-motivated graduate who act as the point of contact for clients and ensure smooth running of office activities and supporting in all aspect of administration at our branch office located at Mbeya region.

Key responsibility:

• Sales and marketing management
  
• supervising field work by visiting customers according to the arranged work plan
  
• Preparing and executing weekly and monthly work plan
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly report to the appropriate department
• Provide daily support for the management of office and administration
•  Mentioning filling system and document control
  
• Oversees general office cleanness and security

Knowledge, skills and Experience:

• Holder of Diploma in General agriculture
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Computer literate)
  
• graduate from a reputable college of agriculture
• excellent customer service and good communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  
• Time management skills
  
• Know how to drive a motorcycle and have a motorcycle driving License because this position requires travel by motorcycle to remote areas.
  
• Self driven and able to work under minimal supervision
  
• Able to work in farm areas
