Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Aishi Machame Hotel The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Drinks:
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take beverage orders from customers and wait staff.
• Ensure proper serving practices, including checking identification for age verification
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide recommendations on drink selections and answer any questions about the bar menu
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash.
• Stock and restock bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Bartending or Hospitality Management is beneficial
• Having 5 years working experience as a bartending.
• Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
