This opportunity is for motivated and results-driven individuals to work as Retail Sales Representatives on a contract basis. The role focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, and market development within Dar es Salaam.
Job location: Dar es Salaam
Number of positions: 4 vacancies available
Employment type: Contract
Salary and benefits: Monthly salary: TSh 200,000
Commission: Performance-based commission according to sales results
Key responsibilities
- The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for the following duties:
- Visiting the market daily to sell company products
- Identifying, sourcing, and acquiring new customers
- Promoting and selling products to retailers and end customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Collecting customer orders and ensuring timely product delivery
- Ensuring proper product display in the market
- Collecting payments and submitting them in line with company procedures
- Preparing and submitting sales reports (daily and weekly)
- Handling customer complaints and providing feedback to management
- Participating in sales promotions and marketing campaigns
- Adhering to company policies and work ethics
