We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and guest-focused Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at our flagship Food & Beverage venue, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and team performance.

Position Overview

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency, financial profitability, and service delivery of the assigned restaurant or outlet. Leading by example, you will manage outlet staff, maintain exceptional guest relations, enforce hygiene standards, and drive revenue through effective team supervision and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee opening setup, meal period preparations, and daily service to ensure high standards of efficiency and hospitality.

• Team Supervision & Roster: Prepare shift schedules based on occupancy forecasts and staffing models; manage daily manpower to ensure seamless operational coverage.

• Guest Experience & VIP Relations: Personally welcome and seat guests, cultivate relationships with regular patrons, build an updated guest database, and resolve guest concerns effectively.

• Staff Development & Training: Conduct regular training on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform staff evaluations, and support internal promotions and career growth.

• Quality & Standards: Regularly inspect the outlet, dining room, and service areas to ensure strict cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Revenue & Promotions: Participate actively in outlet marketing, special events, menu promotions, and upselling to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Hands-on leadership experience in F&B or restaurant management within high-volume, upscale, or luxury hotel environments.

• Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, coach teams, manage schedules, and drive performance.

• Service & Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, guest-oriented mindset, and strong written and spoken English.

• Adaptability & Results: Resilience in fast-paced operational settings with a clear focus on commercial success and customer satisfaction.
