Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Or a related engineering discipline.

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and fabrication.

• Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Personal Attributes

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
