POSITION: BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities  

• Support the sales team with day-to-day international client communication and coordination 
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proforma invoices, and track orders/shipments from inquiry to delivery
• Liaise between clients, factory production, and logistics teams regarding specifications, samples, and timelines
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle English-language email/phone correspondence
• Assist with trade show preparation, sample coordination, and occasional business travel logistics
• Perform other administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, trade, business English, marketing, or related field 
• 1–2+ years in a business support, sales coordination, or export/import role preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset
• Willingness to undertake occasional domestic/international business travel
