We Are Hiring

MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER – HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
