SALES EXECUTIVE

Dar es salaam, Tanzania

Job Role:

Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions.
Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer
interactions within the CRM system.
Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:

We encourage applications from candidates aged 30 years and below.
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role,
Experience in digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales methodologies.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed with a strong work ethic,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to
changing market conditions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Remuneration : TZS 500,000
